Delivery Provider + Lost or Damaged Goods

We use 2 delivery provider.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (£500 Cover)
• Hermes Tracked Services (£50 Cover)

Slab-It takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged packages to and from Slab-It HQ and you'll have to open a claim with the delivery service provider you have chosen. 

Any fakes found will not be encapsulated but will be charged for service and sent back to customer with the completed order.

Any flaws or damaged slabs from the encapsulation service that may of been missed in the final inspection will be accepted back and rectified without charge.
