Refund Policy

Thanks for Ordering With Slab-It. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to Notify us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After we receive refund notification we will deal with this as a possible. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.   • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.
